Sound familiar?

The status quo is spreadsheets broken.

Hours re-keying data

RM codes, colorways, and quantities copied between tech pack, BOM, cost sheet, and tracker — manually, every time.

Formula errors multiply

One wrong consumption value propagates across colorways and RM items before anyone notices.

No visibility until late

At-risk styles hide in individual files until ex-factory pressure hits.

Booking scattered everywhere

Fabric and trim demand split across styles and buyers — no consolidated supplier view for procurement.

Platform capabilities

Everything your team needs, in one workspace.

Style pipeline, procurement operations, and AI enrichment — designed for RMG merchandising teams.

Three pillars

One SaaS workspace for merchandising and procurement

Style pipeline

Tech pack to RM tracker

Seven guided steps with human-in-the-loop review. In-app BOM with size gradation, PO parsing, cost sheet, and auto-assembled 30-column tracker.

Procurement ops

Book across the season

Booking Hub rolls up fabric and trim demand by supplier — one workbook per vendor, one sheet per buyer. Preview lines, generate Excel, sync ERP receipts.

FAQs

Common questions

What is an RMG tech pack and how does AI parse it?
A tech pack is the garment specification document your buyer provides — style details, RM line items, colorways, and placement. Merchant Pro uses Claude Vision to read every page and extract structured data without PDF templates.
What is the difference between step 6 booking and Booking Hub?
Step 6 (Booking readiness) is per-style: enter EST. in-factory dates and LC/PI numbers inline. Booking Hub is cross-style operations: roll up fabric and trim demand by supplier across all buyers, preview lines, and generate supplier workbooks.
Can I book trim as well as fabric?
Yes. Booking Hub has separate Fabric and Trim tabs. Each aggregates demand from styles with completed pricing and order quantities, grouped by resolved supplier.
How does BOM size gradation work?
For fabric rows, enter consumption at a standard size (default L), set increase/decrease % (default 10%), then click Extrapolate to fill XS–4XL. You can change the standard size or step before extrapolating. Trims use a single Cons./GMT value.
What file formats does the system accept and produce?
Accepts PDF (tech packs, POs, nomination/consumption docs), and Excel (.xlsx). BOM is editable in-app first; Excel export and re-upload remain supported. Produces Excel for BOM, cost sheet, booking workbooks, and RM tracker.
Is there a supplier-facing view?
Yes. Suppliers get read-only access to their fabric booking details, quantities, delivery dates, LC/PI references, and a messaging thread. Cost sheets and internal pricing are never visible.
